Yippee - I'm almost at 115 lbs! i'm very happy with the progress, but at the same time, I now think that 115 lbs won't have me looking as slim and fit as I want to be. It may be that 110-112 is closer to my ideal weight. Well, I will just keep doing P90X and trying to follow CarbLovers, and we'll see what happens. I did not do well on my diet yesterday and only did half the yoga routine, but I am going to be better today.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
