Weight has not changed...oh well. I have no complaints - my family is healthy and happy, so perspective is needed when these "setbacks" happen. My clothes are feeling looser, but the scale is not reconciling with my visual and clothes changes. No sense in fretting over the number, when I know in time it will move down eventually.

132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 April 2014:
978 kcal Fat: 28.12g | Prot: 73.34g | Carb: 112.96g.   Breakfast: Earth's Own Almond Fresh Unsweetened, Kale , Prana White Chia Seeds, Banana, Dole Mixed Berries. Lunch: Renee's Gourmet Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Kim Chee Style Cabbage, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Wild Coho Salmon. Snacks/Other: Earth's Own Almond Fresh - Vanilla , General Mills Rice Chex , Almonds , Apples , President's Choice Hot Cross Buns Extra Raisins. more...

It will - and if it doesn't - I feel you'd much rather be lean and healthy at the weight you are than give up muscle for fat just to weigh less. At least, I would.

Agree. Keep the muscle forget the scale and focus on your body.
