Weight is staying the same...I am not doing something right...I have not logged everything I have eaten...but have been following the program...will log everything for the next few days and give it a few more days...
270.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
