Last weigh-in for a while and I'm glad it was a good one! Down 1 lb., I'll take it! I haven't had as much time, or maybe should say made as much time, for exercise this week but I've kept my eating under control, so it must all be paying off. Maybe by the end of the no weigh-in challenge I'll be back to where I was before Christmas. I'm just going to stay on the path I'm on right now and I should get there.

After work I got my workout in yesterday and I wanted to get one in this morning, but slept in instead. My hubby was up reading for a long time last night and I usually can sleep through his lamp being on, but last night I couldn't. I don't know what was going on, but every time he turned a page I would think, "Just stop reading and shut the light off already!" Tonight is volleball practice for my daughter after I get off work, so no workout tonight. I'm going to try to get my workouts in this weekend, but it may be more of a yardwork workout, and that's okay with me.
