Went backpacking Wed - Fri. It was a pretty strenuous hike. But I had a 5 Guys cheeseburger and Dairy Queen afterward.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 2.3 lb a week

ok 5 guys cheese burger doesn't sound good at all. Well yea it does if it's 5 guys feeding you. lol Just kidding. What is that 5 cheeses or something or a burger that feeds 5 guys? I'm confused. Anything that refers to five guys can't be low in cals or fat. Not beating you up, it is just a funny name to me. I couldn't resist. If your hike was anything like mine. (which by the way was only one day the hottest and 1.7 miles straight up the side of a mountain) It probably won't add on anything you lost during your hike. Don't beat yourself up. This is a learning experience for us all. Hopefully if we take anything from this diet journey it is to make better choices about what we put in our bodies. Your not getting another one at least not in this life time. So we need to make sure this one will last as long as our journey here. Keep Smashing. and Hiking. Try to forget about the five guys! lol
