Being off today, I get the option to walk earlier than I usually do. the good part of this is that I get it out of the way. The bad part is with it not being dark, I have to cover part of the treadmill to not see my "time left" readout. my personal goal on this challenge is to do at least 30 mins a day, but 15 is definitely my minimum (have to "baby" my feet on some days when they act up!)
Finished my thirty about an hour ago, although I did straight time, and not the "fat burn" setting, as the incline causes my feet to act up faster than normal. Hoping as more weight comes off, this will dissipate. Time (and weight) will tell..
