I'm not entirely sure what happened Sunday night with my weight. I don't think I went completely out of control with food at the hockey game but I guess any food is out of control compared to my recent diet...

No dinner last night. Swam yesterday for about 1/2 hour at lunch.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it's concession stand food, high salt could make you retain water, but it's just water, so no need to worry. As you can see, it's already gone.
