Yesterday - Mayan oatmeal, honey, apple for breakfast.
Spark and Black tea during day
Lunch - Shake
Supper - Shake
Snack - mini clif bar and tic tacs

(a repeat probably for today).


I think I sat too much yesterday -- my ankles and feet looked awful! Swollen little sausages. I didn't think I ate too much sodium, which is usually the tell-tale sign. Didn't exercise last night - went to a dance recital instead at Lander. It was really a great recital. I enjoyed it immensely!


Today is volunteer day - and with Easter and Spring Break, I'm certain I will be on my feet the full 2 hours tonight. Unfortunately, my fat feet wouldn't fit in the clogs I normally wear, so I've brought tennis shoes (double knotted) instead. Not ideal, but you have to have closed toed shoes so my river sandals won't cut it. Outside of flip flops, they were my only choice for office shoes. :/
