ive gained 10 kilos in 4 months..moved back to US in November..very depressed and stressed out..started bad habits again..it took me 2 years to loose and keep it off and now it took 4 months to gain it back...i think i hit rock bottom at this point...i feel helpless and a failure..im turnikg 50 and i will not make my goal..i was fine until this winter hit and was stuck in relatives house until we found a place to live..not working is not helping..looking for a job and thats what is making me worse..i need help ...ive been through a rough time selling my house in athens and comming here starting all over again...
