Having serious problems sticking to any sort of weight loss plan. Maybe I can do this?

In order to lose weight, you have to be in the right place mentally. But I also read something which I liked. It said fake it till you make it. You have to kind of do things to get yourself in that place. Read some fitness magazines, get some good music on your Ipod and go for walks, get a calorie count that will help you lose but keep you satisfied. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet. Take it in steps. You can do it.
