Well, I had 2 days of going over my calories and carbs. and I didn't loose a pound at all. So sad. I haven't had a BM in a while so that might add to it. but I've been feeling bloated the last couple of days too. I haven't been exercising at all. So I guess it's now time to add it back in again!! I've been so lazy lately and haven't wanted to start it up again. ug. here i come Jillian's 30 day shred.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
