Didn't worry too much about calories as I was eating this weekend. I did track it though and when the numbers are in, it doesn't look like I did too bad. I like that I was able to eat in a way that made me feel like I wasn't sacrificing anything and yet not end up with huge calorie counts. Granted some of it wasn't the most healthy food around and fair amount of my calories were from beer, but I'll still take the calorie count as a sign of progress. If I can eat properly during the week as I usually do, a new low should be not problem.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
