147.2 today, waist just under 30" but not quite down to the next line on the measuring tape yet. Stomach a little upset after lunch yesterday. Not sure if it was the hummus, coconut milk, or chicken (which was processed/pre-cooked). Still going down, down, down, though. :)
Will have to have TOM this week, though. Hopefully that will stop the spotting and get my hormones in order. I have been very stressed and emotional this week. Have coconut Brent will crack for me today. Migraine is trying to start - took a pill last night. Hopefully will get some coconut soon.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Spent most of my carbs on coconut today as that will ward off the migraine that comes this time of the month. Took another migraine pill as well. Changed dinner and got almost no veggies for the day - eek! I wonder if it would be worth it to go have another serving or two of green beans just to get something in me? At least I had some romaine and spinach earlier. :)
