This is going good. Today will be sort of my cheat day but I am still going to be careful as I know the weight goes on much faster than it comes off. If I gain 2 pounds over night from one cheat day; it takes me 3 to 4 days to get it off.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
