I'm impressed and happy that the weight didn't sling-shot back up! :)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 7.4 % (Good result, within the usual).

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.4 cm! Awesome! Keep going keep going! lol.

Today I didn't seem to have "exercised in my sleep" like yesterday lol.

edit: Yesterday I finally started my new split weight training routine. I'm using Google Chrome's extension "Stopwatch" to time each routine's rest period in hours. Yesterday's routine was pecs and triceps so it only involved calisthenics since I don't have a bench at home. Today is Back, Biceps and Forearm day (I'm only doing 1 set for each exercise at the moment because it would take too much time otherwise) :)

127.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
