Thanks! Last August I lost 7 pounds, but in September I only lost 3 pounds. I try to lose 5 pounds in a month.

@ XSpringHazeX: TIME is not the only controlling factor when discussing weight loss. To lose ONE pound of fat, one must burn approximately 3500 calories. How quickly those 3500 calories are burned depends on the individual (as you also have to take into consideration how many calories the individual is taking IN as well).
