Good message! Some weeks see little to no loss, then other weeks I see more. I just take it in stride rather than focus on the numbers. I feel stronger and more fit and gaining muscle does impact the numbers!

I'm right there with you on that thought! We have a long life ahead of us...which means a long way to stay healthy. No reason for quick fixes and quick results!

Are you taking measurements? If you are exercising too, your inches will drop but not necessarily the scale at the same time. It can be a bit distracting but you are right it's a tough road, but you got this! Just keep plugging along and the scale will catch up ;)

Been working out HARD for 5 weeks, and eating as I should, still no loss, today I feel bigger than ever!! I am guessing I need to stay off of the scales for a week or two? Help!

Great attitude! I wish muscle was lighter so the scales would go down a bit more hahaha.
