I did okay this week. Will be harder next week due to going out of town and we will be eating out a lot. Plus, I usually weigh in at work, so won't be weighing in next week.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
