I am officially 3 lbs off from my original goal of losing 36 lbs. Don't remember why I picked 36. I think it was because it was less than 40. Now I can start on the next 40 lbs. I have lost 4 lbs a week for the last 9 weeks. I have finally done it and curbed a demon that has haunted me for over 12 years (hunger).
235.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
