I know I haven't been doing good; it is very very hard to control what you eat when being in a business trip... at least I have been able to exercise so it has not been all too bad. I will get back on track this week, you'll see! in 2 days numbers will go down again.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have a hard enough time at home! Being away from home is hard when you're trying to eat healthy. Keep getting that exercise in and I'm sure most of the gain will stay away.

Thanks mars, yes it is really hard, food has been very difficult. I am trying to control it but still, I cannot cook my normal food or use my regular products... but I'm hoping that exercise will help. Wholefoodnut, it was going pretty well! I was able to finish one full session from youtube. It feels awesome and it is a happy sport :) I have not done it in 2 weeks (and still 1 to go) as I'm not at home; so hope that I haven't lost track!

I did get one as well then ended with bronchitis/pneumonia and am just getting started again. Just was thinking of you bouncing on it yesterday
