i had pizza last night. its my boyfriend birthday.and im trying really hard to stay focused. since,its the beginning of the month im wanting to get a new start. lets see if i can stay strong.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
