I am begining to see all the hard work pay off week after week. I just hope I stick to this because it seems as though I am very good at quiting everything else I do.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb. Still to go: 56.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

Keep it up!!! You can do it, I always fall off the wagon, but the key is getting back on, so when you fall off just dust yourself off and get back into it, you can do it. Have another good week, Sooz.

Thanks for the support Soozy22 I will keep that in mind in case I need it. I am hoping to keep at it since I really like the results.
