Well, I made it through the work day yesterday but felt horrible when I got home. I'm still not feeling the best today, just queasy, so I'm not going to stick it out all day if I can't do it. I should be able to get most of my work done by noon, so I won't feel too guilty to leave early. And we're having my neice stay the night with us Saturday, so hopefully if I get some rest I can kick this bug or whatever this is. I feel like I've had a lot of days of feeling sick lately, and I'm sick of feeling sick! Hopefully this is the end of it.

It's also a nice winter day here, snow on the ground, a chill in the air. But wait, it's supposed to be Spring! Watching it snow last night, I thought how perfect it would have been at Christmas, no snow then, but in April of course we get snow. Fortunately by the end of the day or at least by tomorrow the snow will be gone and it should start warming up a tad.

No workout yesterday or today probably, I'm hoping to be back at it tomorrow. My eating yesterday was okay, I just kind of ate what sounded okay, and today will probably be about the same. No movement on the scale from last week, but we'll see if I can get that changed next week.
