No change on the scale this week but that's great for me! I've been getting out everyday running and have had some really good running times this week. I think my friend and I are going to do another 5k sometime this year and I'd like to improve my time to be under 30 minutes. Last November when we did our first 5k my time was 31:52, so I'd like to peel off 2 minutes.

Tomorrow, my mom, my son and I are going to go to a maple syrup festival. My mom asked me a month ago and now the day is here! The weather is going to be a bit chilly though. But looking forward to a day out.

Wow! I can't get my 5K under 37 mins yet, so getting under 30 is amazing to me! You're doing great getting those runs in, so I'm sure that time will come off. Have fun at the festival!! Sounds like fun. :)
