Deb_N, I'm so proud of you for sticking with the 24 Day Ab Challenge. And I like your mental attitude. Yes you can do this. Any time we think or hear negativity, then the Universe hears that and thinks we want more negativity. So do not listen to the little voices inside telling you that you can't do something, because "I know" and your other supporters on here know, that you can do this. Just look at all the weight you've lost. You can do this, you are doing this, and I can't wait to hear how this challenge is going for you. Don't forget to take before pictures for yourself, so that you can remind yourself of how far you've come and that you "Did do it!!!"

Thanks! I do have a pretty positive attitude but I know it is a mental challenge to keep going and not give up. This is my year and I will not become undone, will not unravel. If anyone does not understand that, it is a sewing threads or knitting or crocheting yarn idiom, I guess. No messing up this time!
