I guess it was total dehydration that caused me to lose 1.6 pounds yesterday. :(

But all is not bad, though I gained some of it after getting hydrated I guess, I am down .4 from the day before the big loss. 242.4 today and bac on track and on my way to the 230's.
242.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The last few in every decade of numbers are always the hardest, true story. It will come though, trust the process :-)
