I need ro get back on track I lost 13 pounds since april....now I have slowed. I need to be 120 for florida for november 12th...that's one month and twelve days away. I did great today with dieting, cleaning and I even took jonah for a walk today. Short walk but still. No alcohol, no cigarettes no bad foods.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
