Did okay yesterday but I did have two mini size pieces of candy.
Walked into & out from work. Took a short walk in the afternoon.
Need to cut back on popcorn and sub cereal as snack at night.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
