Day 5 of Working Out....super tired from last night's nursings, but I managed to get a morning workout in. :)

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)Jillian Michaels' "Shred it with Weights" (10lb. & 15lb. kettlebells)
2.)Crunches 4 x 25
3.)Scissor Crunches 2 x 30
4.)Leslie Samsone's "1 Mile Walk"

Pedometer: 10,000+ steps
143.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
