The ides of March.

I did 35 minutes in the gym yesterday. Again, a good workout. I was surprised this morning to see that my weight had dropped considerably overnight.

I am making good progress towards my goal.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 102.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
