It's amazing how many more calories I can eat when I'm eating low carb! I mean I was making bad choices but still staying under on my calories and gained like 9 lbs.... starting to feel better already being back on plan as of yesterday and so far today!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
