148.2 again today, another 1/2" off my waist. 1/2" to my goal. :)
Will do legs today, so weight will most likely be up tomorrow - we'll see. The 16th is my 2-week anniversary.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
