I need to be losing, but because I'm "cheating" a lot, I'm maintaining.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are so not alone. Right there with you. Some days, like last night, I made sure everyone else had dinner and I didn't eat....so I snacked at the end of the night. Bad Bad Bad. Ready to throw in the towel...but telling myself that today is another day and I have to take control of my life, kick myself in the butt, because no one else will. Good luck.

Thanks guys. Kimmer, don't skip meals, eat fruit or a salad or something if you're out of calories. If you skip meals you will get hungry and you will crave something unhealthy. My rule is don't allow myself to get hungry. I try to eat 3 small meals and 3 snacks a day (fruit, veggies, yogurt, sandwich, salad, etc)
