Oh my gosh - 6 1/2 pounds gained. That's horrible! I didn't feel like I was gaining weight when I first went off my diet; however, the last few days I could tell but thought I gained less than five pounds. Well, I majorly messed up! But the great thing is that I am now motivated to return to low-carb! I cannot afford to gain more weight. I need to get back on track. Ten months ago, I told myself that more important than reaching my goal weight is to not put the weight that I lose back on.

I was out of control the last two weeks, but starting today I will do low-carb again. I can't wait to feel better!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't worry Christy, you've done it before, you'll do it again! You are so amazing, you've already lost 66lbs!! This is just a small blip. You can do this.
