ok, already. lost nothing and didn't even use my weekly extra up. Grrrrr. Followed the plan but maybe using points for sugary stuff is bad for my weight loss, or I didn't eat enough? One week I went over my weekly pts and lost a ton?
187.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
