I think I really ate my way into this higher weight. Now that I finished the chicken I will go back to my usual eating habits :) I wonder if I should have accompanied the chicken with rice and, then, on top of that, eat grapes instead of just eating a piece of chicken when I wanted to. This last "method" would have probably offered me more control over the calories but hey... :P

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.9%

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 80.3 cm (this is great but I have a feeling this may still change in a couple of days due to this chicken rampage :)

Blood pressure and heart rate before getting up: 112/70 - 60 bpm (more or less the usual. No over-training).

130.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's definitely true Wholefoodnut! :) I have been disregarding the amount of proteins over these last weeks but I think that I have been eating more or less the amount I am supposed to simply because I have been eating a little more than I should :D

I will still eat chicken breast once in a while but it doesn't taste the same as chicken grilled on a real fire (I shouldn't have brought that image back into my mind lol)...

Grill it on a real fire. That is yummy. I love my rickety charcoal grill, tastes so much better than my gas one, though not as handy.

I have to find a way to occasionally grill stuff in a more practical way heheh. I've cooked some delicious beef steaks yesterday in the oven. I just put them in glass container, a little bit of salt, and nothing else, not even any type of oil or fat. They tasted amazing! Even the water from the steaks tasted great :) The only drawback is the oven spends more gas than the stove heheh. I'll probably save this way of cooking them for the thicker pieces of meat only due to this :)
