Good Morning. What a Beautiful day!!! I woke up to a crystal clear Morning -AWESOME!!! My Low Carb and Intermittent Fasting are going wonderful. My granddaughter is doing fine in her new environment. School is going well for her. Hard to believe she'll be a high school Freshman soon. I'm going for a walk later this Morning. Both my feet have very hard and painful callouses on them. I have new walking shoes now and my husband has been putting lotion on the bottoms of my feet and massaging them -very nice and it's helping with the pain. Well time for Breakfast and Let's make a deal.....I'm defiantly thinking thin...... Marlene.
