Went back to phase 2 (thanks for all your suggestions!), which basically means I let myself have a few carbs at breakfast... which is the hardest phase 1 meal for me. Had a good workout on Friday, didn't work out yesterday at all (unless you count chasing kids around the yard), but have time set aside for a good workout again today.
I'm wearing my old jeans today --ones that fit me before my second child was born. So, that's down one or two sizes from my pre-diet size. I'm almost at the 2 month mark and I'll post old and new photos after that. Thanks all for your encouragement. Still a way to go, but the progress is encouraging!
