Okay, I tried the South Beach Diet Phase 1 for 13 days and couldn't do it anymore. I know, I only had one day left. I was really disappointed in the amount I lost - 4 pounds the first week and less than 1 for the entire 2nd week. I was losing 1-2 pounds a week counting calories with goals for fiber and protein. I'm going back to that since Phase 2 of the SBD would have similar results. I will pay more attention to the amount of sugar I eat and will continue to take Fish Oil supplement.
And I REALLY enjoyed the 90 calorie Fiber One bar this morning and the ketchup and whole wheat flat bun with my soy burger at lunch today!!!
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
