Im motivated but I dont know why it feels diferent! I started my second period at Uni last week, and Im trying to keep up with my journal and "food and exercise diary" but is just not the same!
Im still following my diet and Im exercising everyday for 2 hours.
I gues Im kind of getting used to my daily routine! exercise in the morning, go to work, back to the gym after work for a bit of weight training, study, go to bed...

At least I know my diet is good enough for my body because Im active all day and dont feel tired but once I go to bed... its all over!

146.8 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
