Now I get to add CAREFULLY some carbs. I'll still avoid sugars and carbs when I can do without....I am really thinking that no carbs no sugar is going to have to be my lifestyle. I also think that a steak day will be necessary every so often to reset....two to three pound gain from food is unavoidable I think. Also, my intestinal track is in desperate need of help. It is having problems getting back to normal with this influx of calories...STILL.
