Still maintaining after 5 months. what a great feeling. Monday I am doing M.O.V.E. with a few other folks at the Atkins site. I think I need to be in a challenge for more structure. Bowling last night was great. I had a good time, and bowled pretty good(for me that is). Maintaining isn't as hard as I thought it would be, but I can't afford to be complacent. Everyone have a good weekend and enjoy the spring-like weather.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so good to be active and on track. I like golf though I don't do it a lot. My freinds ask me if I saw something in the grass. The call my golf game 'snake beating'.
