Every time I get serious and eat properly, cut out wine and exercise, I gain weight! I pound this week after days of protein, lowish carbs, exercise, no booze. Grrrr. I have to keep it up until my body gets the message.
152.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
