Steadily going down, and so far, no pain involved, just vigilance.

DAY OFF FROM WORK FOR AUTO REPAIRS. SPENT ALL MORNING WALKING AROUND AND ENJOYED A HEALTHY BREAKFAST. (BLASTED CAPS LOCK!!!) It feels really good to be now pretty much into the routine of healthy eating and exercise.
No, it feels GREAT! Im probably going to be hit with some car bills that Im not gonna like, but instead of chowing down over it I walked over it. CHOICES PEOPLE!
I think Ill enter my exercise now!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
