Darn...no change in weight, but I honestly believe it's because of all the weight training I'm doing. I feel so tight and I can see how my shoulders and back are changing. I know it's not because of eating wrong or not working out enough...I do 2 1 hour classes back to back and also some cardio on the elliptical when I go to the gym...I'm working my tail off so I'm not too upset about the number staying the same. I did the 24Lift class at 24 hour fitness on Saturday and let me just say how sore I am..."I am sore." Was that dramatic enough??? LOL I felt so good after that class and then I immediately did the yoga class and it really stretched me out...needless to say I was a limp noodle after doing both classes!! I love it though!!! I'm feeling really good about myself and what I've accomplished. I only have about 3 weeks left on the 3-month plan, but my hubby and I were talking about it yesterday and neither one of us wants to stop...I'm so happy we're doing this together. I won't be where I want to be after 3 months anyway, so we'll just keep going till we both get there.

I'm here at work on Memorial Day and it stinks...I hope everyone has fun for me today!!! Have a great day everbody!

P.S. I accidentally forgot to change the deal next to my weight...I'm following it 100% and not "Reasonably Well."
148.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you are taking your measurments. You are doing great. When exercising like you are doing, many times the scale doesn't move much, but you lose those inches (fat) and tone up. Both are indications of weight loss. Great job!

Yeah, I have been taking my measurements...the inches are definitely coming off...it just helps seeing the number go down.
