I just weighed myself before I begin again. I want to cry, how did I do this to myself? How did I let this happen? It will stop, tomorrow is a new day and I start again. I will do it this time, I have no choice. I want to be around for my son.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Tomorrow IS a new day! Stress and worry do not help, either. Take it 1 day at a time and know that nobody is perfect. Find something, or someone to share with or focus on. I, like totally, and fer sure, would not get my exercise done without, like, my totally rockin 80's Hair Bands, you know???! Find your focus...find a friend...and don't beat yourself up...

"...Afterall, tomorrow IS another day," so says Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind. Pick yourself up, throw the guilt off and begin again. We have all struggled and we are all here to help. You have a little person (son) and that is some motivation. But the ultimate is what losing the weight will do for you by increasing the longevity and quality of your life. We are about the same age and I know it's difficult but I have faith in both of us. Take a mini-challenge of NO processed foods. That's a big start! If you need meal plans, I will help you.

Rose, you're doing the right and good thing. So...you will be there for your son! It'll be so worth all the effort AND he'll be so proud of you!

You CAN do it! just be glad that you still are able to improve yourself for the better! It may be difficult losing weight but it will be so worth it in the end! Keep motivated and go hard!
