I didnt weigh yesterday (tues) because of water rentention. I'm doing well on my calorie intake, with my goal being 1650. If i go a little over, I'm still ok. now I've gotta get back on the exercise!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
