1 hour gym this morning! Nice and fresh for the rest of the day! 1 hour gym with my boyfriend tonight... lets see if he can keep up with me this time!
145.7 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
