Okay, I guess I'm claiming at least 167. My scale is actually down at 165.4 but I'm still not believing in it. Only another 10-12 lb to goal weight if this is real. Gotta figure out maintenance soon. That is way more scary than OWL.

Thanks, being so sick it doesn't seem quite real.
I had refried beans for lunch... adding legumes is my next step on the carb ladder and well, it sounded like comfort food. But eeek, legumes!
