1200 Calories's Journal, 15 March 2014

Have been off this week, eating a lot of bread with butter and cakes a couple of days.

Still need to do more exercise.

Went to doctor and my blood pressure is high. Having further testing done as I had a couple of episodes of dizziness and have heart flutters.

The good news is I did lose a pound this week. Maybe I can get back on track and lose more.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
